Welcome to North Albania Boat. By booking a tour with us through Bokun.io, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings

1.1. All clients must complete their booking online through our website. Bookings not made online cannot be secured, and availability on the boat cannot be guaranteed.

1.2. Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent via the Bokun.io system.

1.3. Child Policy: Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of minors at all times during the tour.

Payments

2.1. Payment must be made in cash (Euro or Albanian Lek at the daily exchange rate) or online through our online payment provider (via PayPal) or upon arrival on the day of travel. Online booking is required to reserve your place.

2.2. Prices are per person unless specified otherwise and may be subject to change without notice.

2.3. Transaction Fees: Please note that for online cancellations, the 10% non-refundable portion covers non-recoverable administrative and credit card processing fees.

Refund & Cancellations

3.1. Cancellations made by the customer: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the experience starts (local time) are eligible for a 90% refund.

3.2. If North Albania Boat cancels a tour due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund or an alternative date will be offered.

3.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

3.4. Weather Policy: Tours operate “Rain or Shine.” Cancellations are only made at the Captain’s discretion if conditions (such as high winds or storms) are deemed unsafe. No refunds are given for changes in personal preference due to cloud cover or light rain.

Tour Modifications & Delays

4.1. North Albania Boat reserves the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational requirements.

4.2. Departure times are fixed. Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. No refunds will be provided for missed departures.

4.3. External Delays: North Albania Boat is not responsible for delays caused by road traffic, local construction, or third-party transportation to the ferry terminal.

Safety & Liability

5.1. All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by our guides and boat operators.

5.2. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings (e.g., cameras, phones, bags).

5.3. Participation in activities such as swimming, canoeing, or ziplining is at the participant’s own risk.

Code of Conduct & Media

6.1. Passengers must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

6.2. Littering is strictly prohibited. Help us keep Komani Lake & Shala River clean.

6.3. Media Release: By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use on our social media/website unless you inform our staff otherwise before the tour begins.

Privacy Policy

7.1. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for processing reservations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law

8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes must be resolved in an Albanian court.
