1. Booking & Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized reseller on Bokun.io.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
1.3. Prices are per person unless specified otherwise and may be subject to change without notice.
1.4. Special rates for children apply only to boat tickets. Additional costs, such as bus transportation, may apply.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made by the customer:

• More than 1 day before departure: Full refund.
• Less than 1 day before departure: No refund.2.2. If North Albania Boat cancels a tour due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.2.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Tour Modifications & Delays

3.1. North Albania Boat reserves the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
3.2. Departure times are fixed. Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. No refunds will be provided for missed departures.

4. Safety & Liability

4.1. All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by our guides and boat operators.
4.2. Life jackets are mandatory during boat rides and provided by North Albania Boat.
4.3. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
4.4. Participation in activities such as swimming, canoeing, or ziplining is at the participant’s own risk.
4.5. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Special Conditions for Transport Services

5.1. Bus transportation is an optional extra service. Customers may either prepay for their bus ticket or pay the bus driver in cash.
5.2. Infants (0-5 years) travel free for boat tickets and for bus transportation, as long as they sit on parents lap if no other sits are available . All other ages must pay full fare for both boat and bus tickets.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Passengers must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
6.2. Littering is strictly prohibited. Help us keep Komani Lake & Shala River clean.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for processing reservations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes must be resolved in an Albanian court.
