Velkommen til Nord-Albania Boat. Ved \u00e5 bestille en tur med oss gjennom Bokun.io, godtar du f\u00f8lgende vilk\u00e5r og betingelser. Vennligst les dem n\u00f8ye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Bestillinger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1.1. Alle kunder m\u00e5 fullf\u00f8re bestillingen p\u00e5 nettet via nettstedet v\u00e5rt. Bestillinger som ikke er gjort p\u00e5 nettet, kan ikke sikres, og tilgjengelighet p\u00e5 b\u00e5ten kan ikke garanteres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.2. Bekreftelse: En bestilling anses f\u00f8rst som bekreftet n\u00e5r en bekreftelse er sendt via Bokun.io-systemet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.3. Retningslinjer for barn: Foreldre eller foresatte er ansvarlige for mindre\u00e5riges sikkerhet og tilsyn til enhver tid under omvisningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Betalinger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      2.1. Betaling m\u00e5 gj\u00f8res kontant (euro eller albansk lek til dagskurs) eller online via v\u00e5r online betalingsleverand\u00f8r (via PayPal) eller ved ankomst p\u00e5 reisedagen. Online booking er p\u00e5krevd for \u00e5 reservere plassen din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.2. Prisene er per person med mindre annet er spesifisert, og kan endres uten varsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.3. Transaksjonsgebyrer: V\u00e6r oppmerksom p\u00e5 at for avbestillinger p\u00e5 nett dekker den ikke-refunderbare delen av 10% ikke-refunderbare administrasjons- og kredittkortbehandlingsgebyrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Refusjon og avbestillinger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        3.1. Avbestillinger gjort av kunden: Avbestillinger som gj\u00f8res inntil 24 timer f\u00f8r opplevelsen starter (lokal tid), gir rett til 90%-refusjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.2. Hvis North Albania Boat avlyser en tur p\u00e5 grunn av v\u00e6rforhold eller uforutsette omstendigheter, vil en 100% refusjon eller en alternativ dato bli tilbudt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.3. Ingen refusjon vil bli utstedt ved uteblivelse eller sen ankomst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.4. V\u00e6rregler: Turer gjennomf\u00f8res \u201cregn eller solskinn\u201d. Avbestillinger foretas kun etter kapteinens skj\u00f8nn dersom forholdene (for eksempel sterk vind eller storm) anses som utrygge. Det gis ingen refusjon for endringer i personlige preferanser p\u00e5 grunn av skydekke eller lett regn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Turendringer og forsinkelser<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          4.1. North Albania Boat forbeholder seg retten til \u00e5 endre reiseruter p\u00e5 grunn av sikkerhetsproblemer, v\u00e6rforhold eller driftskrav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4.2. Avgangstidene er faste. Gjestene m\u00e5 ankomme det angitte m\u00f8testedet minst 15 minutter f\u00f8r avgang. Det gis ingen refusjon for manglende avgang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4.3. Eksterne forsinkelser: North Albania Boat er ikke ansvarlig for forsinkelser for\u00e5rsaket av veitrafikk, lokale konstruksjoner eller tredjeparts transport til fergeterminalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Sikkerhet og ansvar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            5.1. Alle passasjerer m\u00e5 f\u00f8lge sikkerhetsinstruksene som gis av v\u00e5re guider og b\u00e5tf\u00f8rere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.2. Vi er ikke ansvarlige for tap eller skade p\u00e5 personlige eiendeler (f.eks. kameraer, telefoner, vesker).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.3. Deltakelse i aktiviteter som sv\u00f8mming, kanopadling eller ziplining skjer p\u00e5 eget ansvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Adferdskodeks og media<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              6.1. Passasjerene m\u00e5 oppf\u00f8re seg respektfullt mot personalet og medreisende. Forstyrrende oppf\u00f8rsel kan f\u00f8re til at du blir fjernet fra turen uten refusjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              6.2. Fors\u00f8pling er strengt forbudt. Hjelp oss med \u00e5 holde Komani Lake & Shala River rene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              6.3. Medieutgivelse: Ved \u00e5 delta samtykker du til \u00e5 bli fotografert eller filmet til bruk i markedsf\u00f8ring p\u00e5 v\u00e5re sosiale medier\/nettsider, med mindre du informerer v\u00e5re ansatte om noe annet f\u00f8r turen starter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                7.1. Personopplysninger som samles inn i forbindelse med bestilling, vil kun bli brukt til \u00e5 behandle bestillinger og vil ikke bli delt med tredjeparter uten samtykke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
