Condiciones generales<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Bienvenido a North Albania Boat. Al reservar una excursi\u00f3n con nosotros a trav\u00e9s de Bokun.io, usted acepta los siguientes T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones. Por favor, l\u00e9alos atentamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Reservas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1.1. Todos los clientes deben completar su reserva en l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s de nuestro sitio web. Las reservas que no se realicen online no se podr\u00e1n asegurar y no se podr\u00e1 garantizar la disponibilidad en el barco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.2. Confirmaci\u00f3n: Una reserva s\u00f3lo se considera confirmada una vez que se ha enviado un correo electr\u00f3nico de confirmaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del sistema Bokun.io.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.3. Pol\u00edtica de menores: Los padres o tutores son responsables de la seguridad y supervisi\u00f3n de los menores en todo momento durante el recorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Pagos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      2.1. El pago debe efectuarse en efectivo (euros o leks albaneses al tipo de cambio del d\u00eda) o en l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s de nuestro proveedor de pago en l\u00ednea (mediante PayPal) o a la llegada el d\u00eda del viaje. 2.2. La reserva en l\u00ednea es necesaria para reservar su plaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.2. Los precios son por persona a menos que se especifique lo contrario y pueden estar sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.3. Gastos de transacci\u00f3n: Tenga en cuenta que para las cancelaciones en l\u00ednea, la parte no reembolsable 10% cubre los gastos administrativos y de procesamiento de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito no recuperables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Reembolso y anulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        3.1. Cancelaciones realizadas por el cliente: Las cancelaciones realizadas hasta 24 horas antes del inicio de la experiencia (hora local) tienen derecho a reembolso 90%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.2. Si North Albania Boat cancela una excursi\u00f3n debido a condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas o circunstancias imprevistas, se ofrecer\u00e1 un reembolso 100% o una fecha alternativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.3. No se efectuar\u00e1n reembolsos por no presentarse o por llegar tarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.4. Pol\u00edtica meteorol\u00f3gica: Los tours operan \u201cLlueva o truene\u201d. Las cancelaciones s\u00f3lo se realizan a discreci\u00f3n del Capit\u00e1n si las condiciones (como fuertes vientos o tormentas) se consideran inseguras. No se efectuar\u00e1n reembolsos por cambios en las preferencias personales debidos a nubosidad o lluvia ligera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Modificaciones y retrasos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          4.1. North Albania Boat se reserva el derecho de modificar los itinerarios por motivos de seguridad, condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas o requisitos operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4.2. Las horas de salida son fijas. Los clientes deben presentarse en el punto de encuentro designado al menos 15 minutos antes de la salida. No se reembolsar\u00e1 el importe de las salidas no efectuadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4.3. Retrasos externos: North Albania Boat no se hace responsable de los retrasos causados por el tr\u00e1fico rodado, la construcci\u00f3n local o el transporte de terceros a la terminal del ferry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Seguridad y responsabilidad<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            5.1. Todos los pasajeros deben seguir las instrucciones de seguridad proporcionadas por nuestros gu\u00edas y operadores de embarcaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.2. No nos hacemos responsables de la p\u00e9rdida o da\u00f1o de objetos personales (por ejemplo, c\u00e1maras, tel\u00e9fonos, bolsos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.3. La participaci\u00f3n en actividades como la nataci\u00f3n, el pirag\u00fcismo o la tirolina corre por cuenta y riesgo del participante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. C\u00f3digo de conducta y medios de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              6.1. Los pasajeros deben comportarse respetuosamente con el personal y los compa\u00f1eros de viaje. El comportamiento perturbador puede dar lugar a la expulsi\u00f3n de la excursi\u00f3n sin derecho a reembolso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              6.2. Est\u00e1 terminantemente prohibido tirar basura. Ay\u00fadanos a mantener limpios el lago Komani y el r\u00edo Shala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              6.3. Autorizaci\u00f3n a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n: Al participar, usted da su consentimiento para ser fotografiado o filmado para uso promocional en nuestras redes sociales\/p\u00e1gina web, a menos que informe a nuestro personal de lo contrario antes de que comience el tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
