Wenn Sie eine Tour mit uns \u00fcber Bokun.io buchen, erkl\u00e4ren Sie sich mit den folgenden Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen einverstanden. Bitte lesen Sie diese sorgf\u00e4ltig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Buchungen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. Alle Kunden m\u00fcssen ihre Buchung online \u00fcber unsere Website abschlie\u00dfen. Buchungen, die nicht online get\u00e4tigt werden, k\u00f6nnen nicht gesichert werden, und die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit des Bootes kann nicht garantiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. Best\u00e4tigung: Eine Buchung gilt erst dann als best\u00e4tigt, wenn eine Best\u00e4tigungs-E-Mail \u00fcber das Bokun.io-System verschickt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3. Die Zahlung muss in bar (Euro oder albanische Lek zum Tageskurs) oder online \u00fcber unseren Online-Zahlungsanbieter (\u00fcber PayPal) oder bei Ankunft am Reisetag erfolgen. Die Online-Buchung ist erforderlich, um Ihren Platz zu reservieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. Die Preise verstehen sich pro Person, sofern nicht anders angegeben, und k\u00f6nnen ohne Vorank\u00fcndigung ge\u00e4ndert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3. Stornierungen durch den Kunden: Bei einer Stornierung bis zu 24 Stunden vor Beginn des Erlebnisses (Ortszeit) wird der Betrag von 90% erstattet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. Wenn North Albania Boat eine Tour aufgrund von Wetterbedingungen oder unvorhergesehenen Umst\u00e4nden absagt, wird eine 100% R\u00fcckerstattung oder ein alternatives Datum angeboten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. Bei Nichterscheinen oder versp\u00e4tetem Eintreffen wird keine R\u00fcckerstattung gew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4. Wetterpolitik: Die Touren finden bei Regen und Sonnenschein statt. Stornierungen werden nur nach Ermessen des Kapit\u00e4ns vorgenommen, wenn die Bedingungen (z.B. starker Wind oder Sturm) als unsicher erachtet werden. F\u00fcr \u00c4nderungen der pers\u00f6nlichen Pr\u00e4ferenzen aufgrund von Bew\u00f6lkung oder leichtem Regen werden keine R\u00fcckerstattungen gew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c4nderungen und Versp\u00e4tungen der Tour<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. North Albania Boat beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, die Reiseroute aufgrund von Sicherheitsbedenken, Wetterbedingungen oder betrieblichen Anforderungen zu \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Die Abfahrtszeiten sind festgelegt. Die G\u00e4ste m\u00fcssen sich mindestens 15 Minuten vor der Abfahrt am angegebenen Treffpunkt einfinden. F\u00fcr verpasste Abfahrten wird keine Erstattung gew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. Externe Versp\u00e4tungen: North Albania Boat ist nicht verantwortlich f\u00fcr Versp\u00e4tungen, die durch den Stra\u00dfenverkehr, lokale Bauarbeiten oder den Transport von Dritten zum F\u00e4hrterminal verursacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sicherheit und Haftung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. Alle Passagiere m\u00fcssen die Sicherheitsanweisungen unserer F\u00fchrer und Bootsbetreiber befolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. Wir haften nicht f\u00fcr den Verlust oder die Besch\u00e4digung von pers\u00f6nlichen Gegenst\u00e4nden (z. B. Kameras, Telefone, Taschen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. Die Teilnahme an Aktivit\u00e4ten wie Schwimmen, Kanufahren oder Ziplining erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verhaltenskodex &amp; Medien<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1.
