Ved at booke en tur med os gennem Bokun.io accepterer du f\u00f8lgende vilk\u00e5r og betingelser. L\u00e6s dem venligst omhyggeligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bookinger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. Alle kunder skal gennemf\u00f8re deres booking online via vores hjemmeside. Bookinger, der ikke er foretaget online, kan ikke sikres, og tilg\u00e6ngelighed p\u00e5 b\u00e5den kan ikke garanteres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. Bekr\u00e6ftelse: En booking betragtes f\u00f8rst som bekr\u00e6ftet, n\u00e5r der er sendt en bekr\u00e6ftelsesmail via Bokun.io-systemet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3. B\u00f8rnepolitik: For\u00e6ldre eller v\u00e6rger er ansvarlige for mindre\u00e5riges sikkerhed og opsyn p\u00e5 alle tidspunkter under turen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Betalinger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. Betaling skal ske kontant (euro eller albansk lek til den daglige valutakurs) eller online via vores online betalingsudbyder (via PayPal) eller ved ankomst p\u00e5 rejsedagen. Online booking er p\u00e5kr\u00e6vet for at reservere din plads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. Priserne er pr. person, medmindre andet er angivet, og kan \u00e6ndres uden varsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3. Transaktionsgebyrer: Bem\u00e6rk, at den ikke-refunderbare del af 10% for online-aflysninger d\u00e6kker ikke-refunderbare administrations- og kreditkortbehandlingsgebyrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tilbagebetaling og aflysning<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Aflysninger foretaget af kunden: Aflysninger, der foretages op til 24 timer f\u00f8r oplevelsen starter (lokal tid), er berettiget til en 90%-refusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. Hvis North Albania Boat aflyser en tur p\u00e5 grund af vejrforhold eller uforudsete omst\u00e6ndigheder, vil der blive tilbudt en 100%-refusion eller en alternativ dato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. Der gives ingen refusion ved udeblivelse eller forsinket ankomst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4. Vejrpolitik: Ture foreg\u00e5r i regnvejr eller solskin. Aflysninger foretages kun efter kaptajnens sk\u00f8n, hvis forholdene (f.eks. kraftig vind eller storm) anses for at v\u00e6re usikre. Der gives ingen refusion for \u00e6ndringer i personlige pr\u00e6ferencer p\u00e5 grund af skyd\u00e6kke eller let regn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c6ndringer og forsinkelser i turen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. North Albania Boat forbeholder sig ret til at \u00e6ndre rejseplaner p\u00e5 grund af sikkerhedsproblemer, vejrforhold eller driftskrav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Afgangstiderne er faste. G\u00e6ster skal ankomme til det angivne m\u00f8dested mindst 15 minutter f\u00f8r afgang. Der gives ingen refusion for manglende afgang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. Eksterne forsinkelser: North Albania Boat er ikke ansvarlig for forsinkelser for\u00e5rsaget af vejtrafik, lokal konstruktion eller tredjeparts transport til f\u00e6rgeterminalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sikkerhed og ansvar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. Alle passagerer skal f\u00f8lge de sikkerhedsinstruktioner, som vores guider og b\u00e5df\u00f8rere giver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. Vi er ikke ansvarlige for tab eller beskadigelse af personlige ejendele (f.eks. kameraer, telefoner, tasker).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. Deltagelse i aktiviteter som sv\u00f8mning, kanosejlads eller ziplining sker p\u00e5 deltagerens eget ansvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Adf\u00e6rdskodeks og medier<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. Passagerer skal opf\u00f8re sig respektfuldt over for personale og medrejsende. Forstyrrende adf\u00e6rd kan resultere i, at man bliver fjernet fra turen uden refusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2. Affald er strengt forbudt. Hj\u00e6lp os med at holde Komani Lake &amp; Shala River rene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3. Udgivelse til medierne: Ved at deltage giver du samtykke til at blive fotograferet eller filmet til salgsfremmende brug p\u00e5 vores sociale medier\/hjemmeside, medmindre du informerer vores personale om andet, f\u00f8r turen begynder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Politik for beskyttelse af personlige oplysninger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. Personlige oplysninger indsamlet under booking vil udelukkende blive brugt til at behandle reservationer og vil ikke blive delt med tredjeparter uden samtykke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>G\u00e6ldende lov<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1. Disse vilk\u00e5r og betingelser er underlagt lovgivningen i Albanien.
